Location: South Jersey (field-based, Cherry Hill area)
Install interior drainage systems, sump pumps, wall membranes, and foundation crack injection repairs in residential basements and crawl spaces across South Jersey. Work directly with the lead technician on each job. Communicate clearly with homeowners on-site before and after installation.
Prior experience in waterproofing, foundation work, concrete cutting, or residential construction preferred. Physical ability to work in tight spaces including crawl spaces. Reliable transportation. Valid NJ driver's license. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow installation specs precisely.

Location: Remote / Cherry Hill area
Handle inbound customer inquiries, schedule free inspections, and follow up on estimate requests. Keep homeowners informed through the inspection and installation process. Manage the company calendar and coordinate crew scheduling.
Strong communication skills — phone and email. Experience in home services, property management, or customer-facing scheduling roles preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Familiarity with South Jersey communities is a plus.
